If you are not within the courier local area you can order this flatpack and fill yourself – very easy to do! The flat pack comes in a variety of colours, be sure to choose the colour you prefer.

The PoolPillow flat pack has been designed for those of you who love our PoolPillow and want one but live too far to transport or in an area where there is no local agent. They are also fantastic for gifts for friends and family abroad.

All you need to do is purchase the filler, open the zip of the inner and pour the filler in. Then close the zip, insert the inner bag into your outer UV5 treated canvas cover in the colour of your choice (zip side first) close the outer bag and Voila your PoolPillow is now 100% user friendly, fun and functional, and ready to Rule the Pool!

Guarantee We guarantee the manufacturing of the PoolPillow for a period of 2 years. This guarantee does not cover Acts of God, wilful destruction, normal wear and tear or staining from atmospheric pollution or sun creams. This product is UV treated but with the harsh African sun will still fade if not taken care of as per the instructions.
Return Policy We trust that you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Should something unforeseen occur and an item needs to be exchanged, we request you to please be reminded of the following.
  • Any item may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase providing it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
  • Regrettably no cash refunds are offered, however you can exchange OR request a Gift Voucher to be issued.
  • No exchanges on Custom Made Orders.
  • Transportation and Courier costs of returned items are for your own account.

We offer nationwide delivery across RSA. Rates vary between areas and will be determined during checkout, prior to processing payment.

Due to the size of the PoolPillow it can be quite costly to courier to non-local areas. In that instant you can contact an agent nearest to you and they will be able to assist. If this is too high you can always purchase a flat pack and fill yourself.
